Reservation

Please read the following information before making a reservation.

・Check-in time is from 16:00 – 21:00. Check-out time is before 10:00AM.
※Please be aware that a late check-in fee of ¥3,000 per hour after 9:00 pm will be charged for check-ins after this time. If we do not receive any contact from you, we will close the reception desk at 11:00 pm.
・Children 7 years old and over may stay. Furthermore, one child is counted as one guest.
・Once you check in, there is no curfew, but please make sure not to disturb the neighbors and other guests when going out or coming back late at night.
・Please be aware that handling fees may be charged for payments made using methods other than cash (Japanese yen).
・The lodging fee includes taxes, fee for sheets, and air conditioning fees.
・A cancellation fee will be applied if cancellations are made within one week prior to the day of your stay. We ask for your understanding in advance. (Cancellations 1 week to the day before: 50%, cancellations on the day of use or no-shows: 100%)
・We may contact you between the week before the first day of your stay and the day before to confirm your reservation. Please be aware that if we are unable to confirm your reservation, we may cancel it.
・All of our rooms are smoke-free. Please smoke in the designated smoking areas.
・An automatic e-mail confirming the contents of your reservation will be sent to you when you send your reservation form, and we will respond within 24 hours. In order to prevent transmission errors in advance,
・please use an e-mail address that can be used with a computer (Gmail, Yahoo, or an address provided by another company), not a cellular telephone e-mail address.
・Please check your spam filter settings for the reply if you are sending your reservation via a computer. (The reply will be from a Gmail address.)
※If you do not receive the reservation confirmation e-mail, or if you have not received a reply within 24 hours, our e-mail application may have recognized your e-mail as spam.
