Yakuri Temple Shikoku Sacred Ground 85th Fudasho【Shikoku henro Bicycle Trip ~ DAY1】

Depart from Shido Temple and run along the sea for a while.

The scent of the tide is pleasant. From the middle, take Route 11 and head toward Takamatsu.

Yakuri-ji Temple is located at the foot of Mt. Goken, a mountain on the Aji Peninsula, at a slightly higher altitude.
It is necessary to climb the mountain road like Okuboji.

The time is past noon, the sunshine is getting stronger, and I feel that my physical strength is being exhausted faster.

The slope is getting steeper. I have a bicycle, so I imagined that I was running down at once on my way home and climbed the slope.

Arrived at Yakuri Cable.

You can go up to Yakuri-ji Temple by cable, or you can climb it on foot.
It seems that it takes about 30 minutes on foot.
The next destination, Yajimaji, is also on the summit of the mountain today, so I decided to go up to the summit with a cable in order to preserve my physical strength.

The fee is 1000 yen for an adult round trip.

Departure times are also every 15 minutes.

It takes about 5 minutes by cable to reach the summit.

5 minutes to get off the cable and walk. I arrived at the precincts of Yakuri Temple.

Yakuri temple is also a temple that prays for business, and today’s businessmen were worshiping.

After completing the main hall → daishido → nokyo in order, you can return by cable.

I like this font with a Showa era feeling.

Next is Yajima Temple!
