If you wish to cancel your reservation for any of the accommodation plans you have applied for, you will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with this cancellation policy, so please be sure to confirm this before making your reservation.

Please note that by making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We ask for your understanding.

If you cancel for reasons such as transportation or illness, it will be considered a cancellation at your convenience and you will be subject to a cancellation fee. We ask for your understanding in advance.

Please note that there are no extensions or refunds for late arrivals.

1. How to cancel

Cancellations after completing your reservation will be accepted by phone.
Please be sure to provide the name of the person who made the reservation, the accommodation plan (including the number of adults and children), and the date and time of the reservation.

2. Cancellation fees

• Up to 1 week prior to check-in: Free
• 1 week to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of the participation fee
• Within 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of the participation fee

(Example) If you plan to stay on April 10

• April 3, midnight: 50% of the participation fee will be charged for cancellation.
• April 7 midnight: 100% of the participation fee will be charged for cancellation.

3.Other

• In the case of a refund due to a cancellation, the customer will be responsible for any handling fees.
• A separate cancellation policy may be applied depending on the content of the accommodation plan.
• We may not be able to meet requests regarding changes in the date and time of your reservation.
• If the number of participants is changed, a cancellation fee will be charged for the participants who will no longer participate in the experience.
